I am writing to thank your company and rep, Jay Johnson, for the prompt and effective service call on our furnace on Monday, 2-18-13. I called at 4:30pm when I noticed that our furnace was only blowing cold air. I got the number from a service call sheet on our furnace from February 2009 from your company. Jay contacted me back after first speaking to another dispatch rep. He arrived near the time he estimated, was very thorough in investigating our furnace to determine what was wrong. He was able to determine the root cause of the problem and fix the exact trouble versus doing a superficial check and repair order, and that saved us time and money. He had the part in the truck that matched our broken part, and was able to install it on the spot. We appreciate the polite, professional and prompt way the call / visit was handled and will be very glad to tell our friends and neighbors to call your company if they have any issues. We couldn't be happier with the service we received! Same day fix for a failing furnace part, they are flexible, well trained, the team communicated well together to make sure the job was done right. Easy to do business with, would call them again!

They did a great job in fixing our air exchanger, reasonably priced as I did compare to a few others. Staff was friendly and clean. Had a few issues with not getting phone calls back. I'd use them again.

I cannot say how much I appreciated the timely help for repair our furnace in extreme cold weather (below 10 F)! My call to the office was answered immediately, then next thing I received call from Wade, who had 20+ year of HVAC experience, and in 15 minutes, he showed up at our door!!! I tried calling other places, no one can come in the same day. When Wade showed up, he literally took only less than 1 minute to find out that our blower motor broke, and he replaced it in way less than 1 hour! boom! in 1 hour, we got our heat back on!!! I cannot say how much appreciation I have towards Wade and the team. Wade you're the BEST FURNACE DOCTOR! and thank you!

Great customer service! Dave came out and looked at our H-VAC system to determine why we were not getting any heat. He immediately fixed the problem and made some recommendations to extend the life of our unit.

I felt the technician was great. He as polite and great to work with. Overall, the situation was remedied and we are very grateful for that. I do feel that charging $50 to replace a screw is a bit outrageous though. I would likely use Comfort Solutions again, but would need an estimate for any work to be done before hand, because I could have replaced that screw for free.
